Open for someone with a solid understanding of structural analysis and steel design. Target skill set includes proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD and good communication skills. Master’s degree in civil / architectural / structural engineering is preferred. Undergraduate students with advanced coursework will also be considered. Duties include development and refinement of CAD details for bridge and heavy civil structural applications and projects using both 2D and 3D CAD.  AutoCAD and Advance Steel are the primary computer programs in use.  Additionally, we are advancing company utilization of LIDAR technology to work hand-in-hand with 3D CAD development of real as-built structures – the ideal candidate would participate in LIDAR scanning technology and implementation.  On-the-job training for Advanced Steel and LIDAR.
